MANGO SALAD

Fresh mango, onions, peppers, cucumbers and feta cheese served on a bed of baby spinach drizzled with a maple balsamic vinaigrette.  $9

 

ANTIPASTO PASTA SALAD

Farfalle pasta with garden tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives, thinly sliced prosciutto and Thornloe mozzarella curds in a white wine vinaigrette.  $9

 

THE BISTRO'S JULIENNE SALAD

Julienne of fresh seasonal vegetables, hard boiled eggs, aged Thornloe cheddar cheese with your choice of chicken, shrimp or tofu, on a bed of crisp romaine and drizzled with homemade Dijon and Board's honey vinaigrette.  $11

A sweet curry dressing blended into sauteed mushrooms on a bed of spinach, topped with marinated tomatoes and onions and garnished with roasted red peppers.  $9

Bavarian Link Montreal smoked meat, Thornloe Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Russian dressing, served on dark rye bread.  $9

 

OPEN-FACED SMOKED ATLANTIC SALMON

Thinly sliced smoked salmon, Bermuda onions and cucumbers on a toasted sesame bagel with dill cream cheese and garnished with capers.  $11

An egg white omelette with spinach, onions, peppers and goat cheese served with toast or sliced tomatoes.  $9
