Seared supreme of chicken stuffed Thornloe smoked mozzarella cheese, spinach and roasted red peppers. Served with a thyme mushroom cream sauce.  $23

Slow roasted duck from Janssen Farms, glazed with an apple cider reduction.  $25

Potato crusted Nipissing pickerel served with a lemon dill garlic aioli.  $26

An 8oz pork loin grilled to perfection, served with spiced apples in a balsamic reduction.  $20

Fresh hand rolled cannelloni stuffed with mixed mushrooms, spinach, roasted red peppers and ricotta cheese, with a sun-dried tomato rosé sauce and garnished with an herb and cheese stuffed Portobello mushroom.  $22
