Spring and Fall – both are seasons of change and that means changing up the menus once again. Fall is has got to be our favourite seasons where the hard work of summer is justified with the beautiful colours of squash, the kaleidoscope tang of tomatoes, the sweetest of corn and juiciest of apples.
Why change our menus? New flavours and ingredients are exciting to work with which in turn keeps our creative juices flowing while flexing our culinary muscles. It allows us to capitalize on local ingredients that are available or can be with the help of canning and freezing for Winter. It also allows us to bring you, our lovely North Bay patrons, a new choice and we believe that’s always a good thing.
Change is good – but don’t worry…not all good things need to change! Our beet salad will remain, along with a few other tried and true items because let’s face it…sometimes you can’t mess with something so good!
